Join us for an immersive meditation session within the heart of the exhibition Firelei Báez that will explore the profound connection between mindfulness, the body and creativity.

In this session, led by Melissa Nkomo, participants will be surrounded by the work of Firelei Báez as they journey through a guided meditation designed to awaken the senses, regulate the nervous system and deepen our connection to the present moment.

Across this 45-minute meditation, Nkomo will weave together breathing and mindfulness techniques with the transformative power of art, creating an environment where inner stillness meets creative expression.

Whether you’re an experienced meditator or new to the practice, this event will offer a fresh perspective on how mindfulness can enhance our engagement with art and unlock our creative potential.
