The Vancouver Art Gallery is proud to welcome people of all ages who are blind and partially sighted to join us for Described Tours. Led by specially trained Art Educators, these exhibition tours include visual description to make the art on display in the Gallery more accessible. Each tour lasts approximately 1 hour. Sighted visitors are welcome to attend.
The Gallery offers complimentary admission for one Sighted Guide or companion for each visitor with vision loss. Capacity for these special monthly tours is limited, therefore registration is required. Please contact the Group Bookings Coordinator at 604.662.4717 or at groupbookings@vanartgallery.bc.ca to register.
