Family Programs

The Gallery offers weekly Family Programs every Sunday. Select exhibitions also include interactive spaces where visitors of all ages can make, play and engage with self-directed artmaking activities inspired by the artworks on display.

The Making Place

  • Sundays, 11 AM–4 PM

Drop in on Sundays between 11 AM and 4 PM and get creative in The Making Place, open to all ages. Activities are led by the Gallery’s knowledgeable Art Educators, but there is no formal instruction.

Family Tours

  • Sundays, 2 PM

Explore the exhibitions as a family! Every Sunday at 2 PM, the Gallery offers a guided Family Tour designed for children aged 5 to 12 and their families. Together, you’ll explore the exhibitions through age-appropriate conversation and playful discovery.

Family Programs are free with Gallery admission. Admission is always free for children and youth aged 18 and under, Gallery Members, Access Pass Holders and Indigenous Peoples. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
