Join us for Rotunda Remix, an evening where art and sound collide in the heart of the Gallery.
Be among the first to experience Zobop (Colour-Chrome)—a kaleidoscopic installation by Glasgow-based artist, DJ and musician Jim Lambie—as it transforms the Gallery’s iconic Rotunda into a rhythmic, multicoloured landscape.
On loan from a local collection, Zobop (Colour-Chrome) (2019) and Zobop (Colour-Chrome) Stairs (2019) unite for the first time, wrapping the Rotunda’s floor and staircase in pulsating bands of colour.
Experience the art as it was meant to be felt—in rhythm. Sip vibrant cocktails and dance to your heart’s content!
The evening includes access to all exhibitions, a live DJ set by Niña Mendoza inspired by Lambie’s work and a pop-up bar courtesy of The Lazy Gourmet.
This event is FREE for Gallery Members and Access Pass Holders or included with admission.
To attend, simply book admission for Friday, October 24 between 6 and 8 PM.
To help protect the artwork, flat dancing shoes are encouraged. A cash bar will be available in the Gallery Forecourt especially for the event.
