Join us to celebrate Vancouver’s vibrant ceramic community and the final weeks of the exhibitions Otani Workshop: Monsters in My Head and Written in Clay: From the John David Lawrence Collection.
Experience the excitement of a live Pottery Throwdown Competition, where five local ceramic artists face off in a spirited, fast-paced challenge.
Watch as creativity and technique take centre stage, transforming pottery-making into a thrilling spectator event. The audience plays a key role—get up close, cheer on your favourites and cast your vote to crown the People’s Choice Winner!
Tickets for this event are FREE for Artist Circle and Experiences Members, $25 for Ideas Members and $50 for Access Pass Holders and the public.
All proceeds from this event support exhibitions and public programs at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
