The Art Study Program is offered exclusively to Experiences Members and above.
Join local multidisciplinary artist Marlene Yuen for a discussion of her artistic practice, which includes work in illustration, print, comics and books. Yuen’s work touches on themes varying from Chinese Canadian labour histories to the preservation of Vancouver’s historic Chinatown. During this Art Study Program, Yuen will give a printing demonstration.
The Gallery’s Art Study Program takes place every second Monday at 11 AM. These events are an opportunity to meet fellow members and take a deeper dive into the Gallery’s current exhibitions, discover works by local artists or explore a theme from art history in an informal and friendly environment.
