New Gallery Tours

Starting October 18, 2009, the Gallery is launch new complimentary tours, which are free with paid Gallery admission.

NEW GALLERY TOURS

BROWN BAG TOUR
(30 min)
The Gallery noon serves up hour exhibition and brown bag lunches fromn the Gallery Café. (pre-order lunch, call 604-688-2233. Charges will apply).

BUGGY TOUR
(1.5 hours)
Parents and small children in strollers are welcome for these special exhibition tours and discussions.

CRIT NIGHT
(1.5 hours)
Take an active role in looking at work through discussion based on the “crit” format ,

EARLY MORNING HISTORY TOUR
(1.5 hours)
Extended tours and discussions give solid grounding in the events and contexts that shape the exhibitions.

EXHIBITION TOUR
(1 hour)
An overview of one exhibition with specific attention to key works.

HOT SPOT
(30 min)
This focused discussion spotlights a specific artwork or artist.

STAFF PICK
(30 min)
Gallery staff reveal trade secrets, that provide insight into the making of an exhibition.
