Join us for a talk with Vancouver-based artist Mike Bourscheid, who was commissioned by the Vancouver Art Gallery to create a new, site-specific performance in response to Erwin Wurm’s sculptural installation at Offsite.

Bourscheid’s practice spans the disciplines of performance and sculpture and queries stereotypes of masculine and feminine labour. In this talk, he will discuss the choices that inform his varied approaches to art-making.

Following the talk, join us at 7:30 PM for the final presentation of Bourscheid’s performance Ledgers at Offsite. Free and open to the public. Find out more »
